How do we go about customizing the package?
Our services are fully customizable. Let us know which packages interest you, and we'll provide a quote.
Which packages are best suited for hotel rooms?
We recommend the Mini Decor package for hotel rooms, as space constraints may not accommodate a large balloon arch or photo booth.
What does the VIP Package include?

Full Decor: Complete setup before you arrive, including a photo booth, a fully decorated bridal suite, foil balloon sayings, plates, napkins, cups, cutouts of the fiancé's face, confetti, games, and surprises.

Large Mimosa Bar: A lavish setup with 4 personalized champagne labels, 3 types of juice, a mimosa bar sign, 2 types of fruit, a balloon garland, personalized champagne flutes, fun straws, and a special bride straw.

Gift Bags: Personalized bags for each guest, filled with goodies. Optional add-ons include matching t-shirts and cowboy hats.

3 Itineraries: Curated recommendations for top places, restaurants, and activities in Nashville. Choose the best fit for your bride and receive easy booking steps and exclusive discounts.

1 Dozen Custom Cookies: A dozen cookies crafted to match your theme. Share your inspiration, and we'll coordinate with our cookie partner to bring it to life.

Social Media Graphics: Custom Instagram and Venmo graphics to match your theme for sharing and celebrating.

Custom Koozies with Groom's Face: Each guest gets a koozie featuring the groom's face.

Stock the Fridge: We’ll shop for and stock your fridge with your chosen items (e.g., wine, snacks, breakfast foods) based on your list submitted through our portal. Note: The cost of groceries is additional.
How does access to the house work? Do we need to check in before you arrive?
Send us your Airbnb or hotel check-in instructions, and we’ll arrive right on time. We’ll need 1-3 hours to set everything up, so you can come in and drop off your things once we're done. You don't need to be present while we set up.
Will this be a single payment or multiple payments?
We require a 50% deposit upfront and the remaining 50% two weeks before your trip, giving you and your group time to collect the funds.
Is the Airbnb included in the price?
Booking the Airbnb is not included in our services, but we partner with select Airbnbs that can assist you. Visit our partnership page to see our recommended options!
How does the Stock the Fridge package work?
You’ll pay a flat fee for us and our delivery partners to handle the stocking. The cost of the groceries is separate. Send us your grocery list (e.g., snacks, breakfast items), and we'll shop for them the day before your event. On the day of, we’ll stock your fridge with everything you need!
Could you provide more details about the mural tour with the photographer?
For the photographer mural tour photoshoot, enjoy a 1-hour session where you can visit 2-3 sites. You'll receive 10-15 photos to use freely on social media or elsewhere. If you love the photos and want more, you can purchase additional ones. We collaborate with exceptional local photographers to make your group look as fabulous as you feel. Pricing varies based on group size.
